Sending us your artwork files
Please read our art specifications to ensure a trouble free print of your artwork.
FILE UPLOADS: We accept the following file formats: PDF, TIF, TIFF, EPS, AI, PSD, JPG, PNG.
All file formats must be saved as high quality - a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch).
PDF FILES: Please save your pdf files as PDF for Print (high quality).
PNG and JPG FILES: PNG, JPG and JPEG may not be print quality, it depends how they were created/saved.
OTHER FILE FORMATS: Microsoft Publisher, Powerpoint, Word and Excel: these files are in RGB format, which is not a print format. They will need to be converted to CMYK colors before printing. Other known issues are lack of printing bleeds, and blues may appear purple when printing on press equipment. If you give us artwork in RGB format, a file charge and delays in your order may occur.
IMAGES, LOGOS, GRAPHICS: Please use high resolution files when adding images logos and/or graphics to your artwork. Any graphics imported at low resolution will print at low resolution.

• Page layout is correct
• Colors in CMYK mode
• Artwork matches the specified dimensions
• Printing bleeds are included
• Safety margin is included
• All fonts are outlined or included
• Large black areas are set as Rich Black
